I joined “Indev Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.” in 2nd Jan 2023 as a Trainee Web Developer. As a recent graduate, I was eager to learn and contribute meaningfully. The company's comprehensive induction program provided me with a strong foundation for my career. As soon as I joined, I was given induction training initially in Sambalpur and then I was called to Delhi Head Office. There I got a chance to practice the training given to me with the team. Slowly I started learning new languages and kept working on them. During my practice, I got to learn a lot there personally and professionally.

I quickly became involved in challenging projects, where I had the opportunity to learn and grow. I am particularly proud of this for engaging me with new project. This experience honed my technical skills, fostered my teamwork abilities, and instilled in me the importance of delivering high-quality work.

After valuable learning and professional growth at Indev, I made the decision to pursue new opportunities in the corporate world and I resigned on 31st May 2023. However, I am deeply grateful for the invaluable experiences and knowledge I gained during my time at Indev. I extend my sincere gratitude to my supervisor and the entire senior management for providing me with the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.
