I’m Priyanka Thakur, and I joined Indev Consultancy in May 2023 as a receptionist and administrator. From the very beginning, I was welcomed into a supportive and dynamic environment that fostered both my professional and personal growth

One of the most significant milestones in my journey was working on the RKSK project. Initially, I found the project challenging due to the extensive customer interaction required, an area where I lacked confidence. However, this experience became a turning point, teaching me how to manage client communication effectively. I also gained hands-on experience in report preparation, data analysis, and managing various aspects of project execution, which has greatly enhanced my skills.

In addition to my core responsibilities, I have expanded my role to include key areas like SEO optimization, social media promotions, and mail-merge operations. I am also passionate about enhancing the IndevJobs platform by updating funding opportunities alongside job postings to increase its value.

I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support from my seniors and the management team, whose guidance has been essential to my growth. Their encouragement has motivated me to consistently strive for excellence and embrace new challenges.

It has been both rewarding and enriching because Indev supports work culture and the promotion of continuous learning. Reflecting on my journey at Indev, I am proud of what I’ve accomplished so far, and I’m excited to continue growing and achieving greater milestones with the company in the years ahead.
