May 2024 was a turning point in my career when I joined Indev Consultancy as a Trainee Web Developer. I had just completed my post-graduation (MCA) from AKTU in 2024, and joining Indev during my final semester was an incredible opportunity that opened doors for both learning and growth.

My first project was with UNDP (United Nations Development Programme), a globally renowned and prestigious organization. Working on such a significant project as a beginner ,being given such a major responsibility and having the trust of Indev was a truly motivating experience for me. Alongside enhancing my technical skills through technologies like React.js, PostgreSQL , Django Rest API I also got the chance to interact with the client directly. This interaction played a crucial role in building my confidence and improving my communication skills.

Throughout the project, I received immense support from my senior, Mr. Sonu Gupta, who guided me to completing the project successfully. Working with him also taught me valuable lessons on how to train juniors when I have the opportunity in the future.

After successfully completing the UNDP project, I worked on my second project, Didi Ka Dhaba, which was developed under the EKTA Foundation. This project was special as I got the opportunity to build it from scratch. My role was as a Backend Developer, where I worked with Python REST APIs to develop the backend. This project was highly logical and challenging, but I thoroughly enjoyed the process.

Each project not only helped me grow technically but also gave me insights into teamwork, time management, and problem-solving in real-world scenarios.
