I joined Indev Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. on 22nd July 2024 as a Trainee Web Developer. Coming from an MCA background, I was looking to convert the academic knowledge into practical skills, and Indev proved to be the best platform for me to do so.

From the first day, I received structured guidance and immense support, which laid the foundation for my career growth. The company's collaborative and learning-oriented environment offered me exposure to various tools, technologies, and professional practices, helping me bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and real-world application.

I have been working on challenging projects, especially in Core PHP, and it has been an amazing learning experience for me. With these projects, I was able to hone my coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills while ensuring that my outcome is solid with high-quality standards. With every task, I could understand more about the complexities in play and get better at handling them confidently.

The support and guidance given by my superiors and management have been significant in building up my confidence to take on higher responsibilities. It has been an experience working in such a skilled team of people at the Delhi Head Office, which not only enhanced my technical capabilities but also helped me grow professionally and develop in aspects of discipline and teamwork.

It has been both rewarding and enriching because Indev supports work culture and the promotion of continuous learning. This has allowed me to develop further into a confident and skillful web developer able to tackle challenges that have emerged in this position.

I will truly be thankful for this golden chance given by Indev Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. The experience gained here along with the knowledge I have got along with great mentorship about my career course has made my whole course of development go very fruitful, and it wouldn't be done without all this.
