I joined Indev Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. as a System Administrator & Cloud Architect in September 2023. My role involved managing and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. I worked extensively with Windows and Linux environments, troubleshooting system issues, and providing technical support to users.

One of my key responsibilities was handling 50+ desktops and laptops, ensuring software and hardware were well-maintained. I also managed data backups for 100+ websites, automating the process for better efficiency.

I worked on network configurations, including setting up FTP, SSH, and Apache servers. Additionally, I contributed to special project integrating call flows for TB-mukt projects.

Apart from technical work, I was responsible for managing in-house servers and Tata SmartFlow systems. My role required me to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and implement innovative solutions to enhance overall IT operations.

This experience has strengthened my expertise in system administration, cloud architecture, and networking, preparing me for greater challenges in the IT field.
