In November 2024, I joined Indev Consultancy as an App Developer, marking a significant turning point in my career. I had just completed my post-graduation (MCA) from AKTU in 2024 and joined Indev Consultancy after gaining two months of experience as a Software Development Engineer at Bluestock Fintech. This opportunity proved to be an incredible learning experience, opening doors for growth and professional development.

My First Project: RKSK (Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram)

My first project was RKSK (Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram), a government initiative aimed at improving adolescent health. As an App Developer, I contributed to enhancing functionality, fixing critical bugs, and improving the user experience in a Dart-based mobile application. Some key fixes I implemented included resolving double space issues in the Name field, adding a date filter on the Client Registration page to allow selection only within the past six months, and enabling selection by both Name and ID in the Service Delivery page, with automatic selection of Counseling when Clinical is chosen. I also developed the Outreach View Page for user details and integrated camera support for image uploads in the Add Outreach Activity page. Additionally, I enhanced the Client Details page by displaying Clinical and Counseling records under Service Delivery and implemented a Between Duration date filter in the My Achievements page to allow users to view records within a specific time frame. Furthermore, I added an E-learning module in the My Resources page, providing instructional videos for user guidance.Additionally, I worked on the My AFHC page, where I implemented functionality to remove data when the remove icon is clicked if no data has been uploaded. However, if the data is synced (uploaded), clicking the remove button prompts the user to provide a reason before removal. My role extended beyond development, as I actively interacted with users, understood their issues, and provided effective solutions. This experience significantly strengthened my technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, helping me grow both professionally and personally.

Throughout the project, I received immense support from my senior, Mr. Amit Kumar Yadav, who has guided me at every step. His valuable insights and assistance helped me navigate challenges and ensured steady progress. Although the project is still ongoing, whenever I encounter difficulties, he is always there to help, which has greatly enhanced my problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

My Second Project: Anandaya Foundation

I am also working on my second project, Anandaya Foundation, which is also developed using Dart. I am contributing fully to this project as an App Developer. This application facilitates a survey across different schools, and upon approval, a library setup is initiated.

This project has been a transformative experience for me, as I got the opportunity to interact directly with the client, which further enhanced my confidence and communication skills.

Both projects have not only strengthened my technical expertise but also taught me the importance of team collaboration and how to work effectively in a professional environment.
