My professional career began on September 1, 2019, when I worked as a fresh developer at Indev Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. With the help of my seniors, I was able to amass a great deal of knowledge and refine my professional skillset within a short duration.

My very first significant project dealt with NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation), which was the starting stone of my career. During the COVID-19, I was fortunate enough to be presented with the chance to develop an IVRS based learning system, which was a much-needed novel solution for the problems faced in online learning during those hard days.

The pandemic also afforded me my first experience as a leader of a small team. This experience taught me about the importance of teamwork, adaptability, and resilience in producing impactful projects.

After this experience, I started working on the RKSK project, which was a collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and the World Health Organization (WHO). This project made it possible to improve adolescent health services. The honor of being one of the privileged presenters was at such events as G20 and other multiple state level forums to introduce RKSK project. Further, the counseling counselor doctors from every AFHC (Adolescent Friendly Health Clinics) of the whole of India could be made conversant by providing the right service.

I also collaborated with the Uttarakhand Government on a skill development program that empowered youth with valuable skills for their future. Another milestone in my career was working with the Mekong Institute, where I developed and managed a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) system on a large scale for an international client. This project expanded my perspective and experience, allowing me to engage with global stakeholders.

Today, I take pride in being a manager, leading a large team of talented professionals to achieve organizational and project goals. My journey at Indev Consultancy has been a mix of learning, leadership, and impactful contributions, and I continue to strive for excellence in every project that I undertake.
