I am Abhishek Joshi, an existing employee of the esteemed company called “Indev Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.” I started my career at Indev in 2nd December 2024 as a Web Developer, eager to learn and contribute. The company's comprehensive induction program provided me with a strong foundation for my career.

I actively contributed to the Learning Network project where I implemented email functionality, automating 52 different types of emails for collaboration, innovation submissions, login notifications, and user engagement. This project enhanced my understanding of email automation and communication workflows. In the ARZ India WordPress project, an NGO-driven initiative, I worked on website optimization, content updates, and SEO improvements to enhance visibility and user engagement. Additionally, I managed social media promotions and digital outreach strategies, helping the organization expand its reach and impact. For the, Anandaya Foundation project, I was involved in custom web development using CodeIgniter 4, This application facilitates a survey across different schools, and upon approval, a library setup is initiated.

I am grateful for the opportunities for growth and development that Indev has provided me. I continue to learn from my seniors and apply those learnings in my daily work. I am thankful to my supervisor and the entire senior management team for their guidance and support.
